“I called Jon to tell him what the problem was and he arrived in minutes! Sadly he couldn't fix the shower ( it was very old ) and he came back to install a new one a few days later. Sadly, the new one had a broken pump but Jon was amazing as he contacted the manufacturer and arranged for everything to be fixed. He even came over when the engineer arrived just to check it was all sorted. Really impressed with the service and he was so apologetic that the first shower didn't work and did everything to sort it out. Highly recommend.”

“Contacted Jon by phone and was delighted that he was able to make an early appointment for the next day. Jon arrived on time, 09.30 and quickly diagnosed the problem which was a poor radiator valve connection by the original installer (the work was carried out 6 years ago). The solution was not, as I had feared, a new radiator but a tricky job to remove the original valve connection to the radiator while avoiding draining down the system. The male connection to the rad was replaced with a better designed part, properly sealed with PTFE tape, system then restored. Result, very happy customer!”

“Jon arrived on time for what I thought would be an estimate for the work to be done. He quickly found the leak in a very tight area behind the toilet and cistern. In no time the offending pipe was removed and replaced with a flexible pipe from spares in his van. What I thought would be a long job was completed within the hour. Later that evening a very reasonable invoice was E-mailed to me which I happily paid. All in all a very pleasant and efficient service.”
